Cover also has a Fissan Label on back, and a Buy Welfare Stamps for Winter Relief cachet on front. Cover sent to Sydney, Australia, and has been opened at top and left edges. Cover has been cut at left edge, evidenced by back flap position. Cover also has some marking on both sides, some tearing on top edge from opening, some scuffing on edges and corners, some mild stamp damage at top, and some general wear.
