1938 Netherlands Dutch Air Conn Booklet 3 stamps cd Scheveningen-Sydney Booklet commemorating the Opening of the dutch air connection between the Netherlands and Australia with a 30c Dark Green Aeroplane stamp, and a 7.5c red Queen Wilhelmina stamp both on front cancelled with a Framed Inner bar SCHEVENINGEN 25 6 38 cancel on stamps. Booklet also has a Amsterdam-Batavia-Sydney Opening cachet on front. Booklet has been sent initally to Sydney, NSW, Australia, and was then uprated with a 3d Blue KGVI stamp on inner page and cancelled with a Boxed SYDNEY 5 JUL 1938 cancel on page. Inner page also has an Airmail section GPO cachet, and an Australian Products for Quality cachet on stamp. Page also has a Sydney 22 JUL 1938 Posted in Overseas cancel on front. Booklet then sent to London, England. Booklet has some scuffing and creasing on edges and corners, some toning on inner page, some tearing on top edge, and some general wear to both sides.
