Stamps cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed TELEGRAFHENAMT WIEN 03 8 39 Cancel on stamps. C over sent to Sydney, Australia, and has been opened at back flap and top edge. Evident wear to edges and corners with some tearing on corners and top edge, as well as a tear through 25pfg stamp, some folding on back flap, some minor creasing on corners, some age wear and minor toning spots on both sides, mainly near edges, and some creasing through middle of cover. Caution while handling is advised.
