1940 United States City Bank Window Cover cd New York w 5c Frank Stamp The National City Bank of New York Window Cover with a 5c US POSTAGE PAID Frank Stamp on back. Cover is cancelled with a Double Ringed NEW YORK APR 2 1940 NY cancel on front. There is also an opened by Examiner 5380 label on right edge and a MERCIER cachet on front. Cover is unaddressed and has been opened at back left flap. Slight wear to edges and corners with some creasing/folding on top edge, some tearing damage on bottom edge, some minor marking on back, and some toning on back of cover, mainly on left flap.
