There is an opened by Censor 2227 label on left side of cover. Cover sent to Amsterdam, Holland. Cover opened at top edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some tearing on top edge from opening, a large tear on right edge, and some significant toning/age wear on both sides, mainly on back edges.
