1940 United States Rahway Record Window Cover ties 2c Stamp cd Rahway The Rahway Record Window Cover with a 2c Carmine Red Presidential Issue Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed RAHWAY NJ FEB 29 1940 cancel on front of Cover. Stamp also cancelled with a Roller Cancel. Cover is unaddressed and has been opened at bottom edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some marking on back flag, some toning on front around window, and some minor age wear on back edges.
