1940 United States Taxed Commercial Cover Ties 3 Stamps cd Milwaukee Taxed Commercial  Airmail Cover with a 3c Purple James Russell Lowell Stamp, a 6c Multicoloured Airmail Stamp and a 3c Carmine Numeral Stamp on front. Stamps are cancelled with a Framed MILWAUKEE FEB 27 1940 Duplex cancel, with the number 12 inside the duplex bar cancel. Airmail label on front. Cover sent to Philadelphia, PA and has been opened at top edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with a vertical crease through the middle and some marking on back.
