1941 United States State Express Cover ties 3c Stamp cd NY & CHI-Rahway Empire State Express Cover with a 3c Dark Violet Presidential Issue Stamp on front cancelled NY&CHI TR 51 DEC 7 1941 RPO 8 Bar duplex RMS Cancel on stamp. This cancel is for the Railway line between New York and Chicago. There is also an informative card inside cover. Cover sent to Rahway, NJ, USA and has been opened at left edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some tearing on left edge from opening, some tearing on back flap, some staining on bottom right corner, some marking on back and some age wear on both sides, mainly on edges.
