1942 India (Nabha) Cover ties 2 stamps cd Nabha State-Delhi Cover with a 1A Service Red KGVI stamp, and a 1/2A Green KGV stamp both on front cancelled with a framed Double Ringed NABHA STATE 2? OCT 42 cancel on stamps. Cancel is slightly unclear. Cover also has a ON HIS HIGHNESS SERVICE cachet on front, and a JOIN ARP Delivery 28 OCT 42 receiving cachet on back. Cover sent to Delhi, GPO, and has been opened at back side flap. Cover has some vertical creasing through middle and left side, some age wear on both sides, some tearing on back from opening, and some general wear to both sides.
