1942 United States Kentucky Anniv FDC ties 3c Stamp cd Frankfort-Hartford FDC Commemorating "The 150th Anniversary of Kentucky Statehood" with a 3c Violet Commemorative Stamp on front cancelled first day of issue with a Framed FRANKFORT JUN 1 1942 KY cancel on cover. There is also a First day of Issue cachet across stamp, a roller cancel on bottom right corner, and a Returned to Writer cachet on front of cover. Cover sent to Hartford, CONN with a receiving cancel on back dated to JUN 10 1942, albeit the cover seems to have been returned to sender. Slight wear to edges and corners with some noticeable marking on both sides, some age wear on edges, mainly on front, and a staining/toning mark on bottom right corner at front.
