1942 United States Womans Institute Cover ties 20c Stamp cd Hilo-Scranton Censor Womans Institute of Domestic Arts and Sciences Cover with a 20c Green Airmail Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed HILO HAWAII SEP 5 1942 Cancel on Cover. There is also a Roller cachet across stamp, a Clipper Flag cachet on front and a examined by 2714 label on left side of cover. Cover sent to Scranton, PA, USA, and has been opened at top edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some significant creasing on edges and corners, mainly on left side, some folding damage to back flap, some marking on back and some significant age wear/toning on both sides, mainly on back and on stamp edges.
