Stamps are cancelled with a Framed WASHINGTON NOV 17 1943 Duplex cancel, with a 3 on the inside of the bar cancel. Fee Claimed by office and special Delivery cachets on front of cover. Cover sent to Brooklyn, NY with 2 receiving cancels on back dated to NOV 18 1943. Cover has been opened at back flap. Some wear to edges and corners, with rip damage on edges and heavy ink marking on back.
