1944 Mexico Censor Window Cover ties 12c Stamp cd Nuevo Laredo Rodriguez Y Tenorio, Sucs Censor Window Cover with a 12c Violet Brown Liberty Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed NUELO LAREDO 27 OCT 44 TAM cancel on stamp. There is also a Branch in Nuevo Laredo Cachet on front of cover. Cover has been opened and examined by "36442" on left side. Cover is unaddressed and has been opened at bottom edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with tearing damage on bottom edge from opening, some peeling of examiner tape on back e dge, some vertical creasing through the middle of the cover and through window, some marking on both sides, and some age wear on bottom edge at back.
