Registered Censor Cover with a 5L Dark Blue Democracy Stamp and a 10L Violet New Daily Stamp both on front cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed MARINA DI LEUCA 20 10 45 cancel on stamps and front. Cover also has a Registered label on front. Cover sent to New York, USA with a Blue Oval Transito cachet on back, a Ferrovia transit cancel on back dated to 22? 10 45, a New York Reg transit cancel on back dated to 12 3 1945 and a receiving cancel on back dated the same. Cover has been sent from a Jewish Committee Camp in Santa Cesarea. Cover has been opened at bottom edge. Cover has some scuffing on edges and corners, some tearing on bottom edge from opening, some age wear/toning on both sides, and some general wear to both sides.
