1946 Belgium Cover ties 2 Stamps cd Brussels-New York Georges F. Forton and Fils Cover with a 1.50Fr Reddish Purple King Leopold III stamp and a 2Fr Violet King Leopold III stamp both on front cancelled with a framed double ringed BRUXELLES 29 6 1946 cancel on stamps. Cancel is unclear. Cover also has a Consulted Cachet on left stamp and a Grand Central Station roller cachet on back of cover. Cover sent to New York, NY, USA with a receiving cancel on back dated to JUL 18 1946. Cover has been opened at top edge. Slight wear to edges and corners, with some minor tearing on top edge from opening, some marking on both sides, some age wear on both sides, mainly near edges, and some creasing on edges and corners, mainly on right edge.
