1946 Belgium Postcard-The Butter Market ties 1.75Fr stamp to Rochester Postcard with a picture of "Brussels, The Butter Market" on front of card. Framed ???? 14 AUG 1946 cancel on 1.75Fr Ultramarine Lion stamp. Cancel is unclear. What seem to be a Gambling cachet on back of card. Card sent to Rochester, New York. Minor wear to edges and corners, with some creasing on right hand corners and mild toning on back.
