1946 British MEF Libya Airmail Cover 3 stamps cd Benghazi-Herts UK
Airmail Cover with 3 KGVI MEF OP Stamps on front with values 2d, 6d and 9d. Stamps are cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed BENGHAZI 1 5 1946 cancel on stamps. Cover also has a Circle 7 Cancel on front, and an airmail label on front. Cover sent to Berkhamsted, UK, with a Tripoli, Libya receiving cancel on back dated to 4 5 46. Cover has been opened at bottom and left edges. Cover has some tearing on edges from opening, some scuffing on edges and corners, some age wear on both sides, some marking on back, and some general wear to both sides.
