1946 Soviet Union Postcard ties 2 Stamps cd Tashkent-Los Angeles Postcard with a preprinted 20K Red Definitive stamp on front, and a 1R Bluish Black Order of the Great Patriotic War stamp both on front cancelled with a Framed TASHKENT 3 1 47 cancel on stamps and card. Tashkent is now the capital of Uzbekistan. Card sent to Los Angeles, California, USA. Card has some scuffing and mild creasing on edges and corners, some minor age wear on both sides, and some general wear to both sides.
