1947 Argentina Cover-Casa Rosada ties 6 stamps cd Almirante Brown Cover with pictures on front and back of cover of "Buenos Aires, Casa Rosada, Piaza 25 de Mavo" on front, and various shots of Buenos Aires on back. Cover has 4 1/2c Brownish Purple Definitive stamps, a 1c Light Brown definitive stamp, and a 2c Dark Brown definitive stamp all on front, all cancelled with a Framed ALMIRANTE BROWN ARGENTINA 16 ENE 48 cancel on stamps. Ene is January. Cover also has a cachet on back, which partially reads El Correo Por Mi El Tiempo. Cover sent to Ciudad de Lima, Peru, and has been opened at left edge and glued back closed. Cover has some damage to top left corner from opening, some mild age wear on front, and some general wear.
