1947 France Postcard-Paris Fair ties 4Fr Stamp cd Paris Fair w Cachet Postcard with a picture of "The Paris Fair, from May 10th to the 26th 1947, International Philatelic Fair" on front of card. Card has a 4Fr Reddish Brown Memorial of the Release of Elsass Stamps on front cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed ?????? 11 MAI 1947 FOIRE DE PARIS Commemorative cachet on stamp. Cachet is unclear. Card also has a Paris Fair, Philatelic Committee cachet on back of card. Card has no address. Slight wear to edges and corners with some creasing on top left corner, marking on both sides, some age wear on back edges, a crease near bottom edge, and some minor toning on stamp edges.
