1948 Belgium Window Cover ties 1.75Fr stamp cd Mouscron Window Cover with a 1.75Fr dark Blue New Daily Stamp on front cancelled with a framed MOUSCRON 7 7? 48 cancel on stamp. Cancel is slightly unclear. Cover is unaddressed, and has been opened at top edge. Cover has some evident horizontal creasing through middle, some scuffing on edges and corners, some tearing on top edge from opening, some toning on stamp edges, and some general wear.
