1948 Germany Wolfgang Beckert Sheet of 16 Working Men Stamps cd Berlin

Wolfgang Beckert Sheet with all stamps from the 1947 Joint Occupation Working Men Series excepting the Carmine Red 60pfg stamp. All stamps and page are cancelled with a Framed Inner bar 10 9 48 BERLIN cancel. Sheet is unaddressed. Sheet has a fold through the middle that doesnt effect any stamps, some tearing through middle at fold line, some scuffing on edges and corners, some age wear on both sides, some tearing on top and bottom edges, and some general wear.
