1949 Germany Airmail Cover ties 6 stamps cd Solingen-Newark, NJ Airmail Cover with stamps from the 1949 The 100th Anniversary of the German Stamp series, which are relatively uncommon on cover. Cover has 2 of the 10+2pfg, 2 of the 20pfg, and 2 of the 30pfg, all cancelled with a Framed inner bar SOLINGEN 11 10 49 cancel on stamps. Cover has an airmail label on front. Cover sent to Newark, NJ, USA, and has been opened at bottom and top edge. Cover has some minor tear damage from opening on edges, some scuffing and creasing on edges and corners, some age wear and general wear to both sides, and some scuffing to top right corner of right most stamp.
