Universal Postal Union hard cover book featuring the 75th Anniversary of the U.P.U.
postage stamps from over 150 different countries, stamps have gum on back and are in inserts. Book has 60 pages and also includes a signature from the Minister of posts and Telegraphs in Bern Switzerland. Book is in very good condition, a few very minor scuffs on outer spine. Lovely item and a great collector's piece. Condition as per photos.
