1952 Great Britain Cover ties 2.5d Cut-out Stamp cd Angus-Liverpool Cover with a 2.5d Ultramarine KGVI Imperf Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed ANGUS 2 AU 52 cancel on stamp. Cancel is slightly unclear. Stamp is unique in being a cut out from either a preprinted envelope or a wrapper that has been repurposed for use on a standard cover. Cover also has a Received 5 AUG 1952 cachet on front. Cover sent to Liverpool, UK, and has been opened at top edge. Cover has some scuffing on edges and corners, some mild creasing on corners, some tearing on top edge, some mild age wear and toning spots, and some general wear.
