RANCHI 3 MAR 54 cancel on stamps. Cancel is unclear. Cover sent to San Antonio, Texas, USA and has been opened at back flap. Cover has some minor marking on both sides, some age wear on both sides, some toning on both sides, and some mild creasing on corners.
