1958 Vietnam Airmail Cover ties 2 Stamps cd Saigon to Paris Vietnam Airmail Cover with a 0.5D Carmine Rose Ngo Dinh Diem Stamp on front, and a Multicoloured 4D 2nd Anniversary of Independence and National Assembly stamp on front. Both stamps cancelled with a Framed SAIGON 13 23 12 1958 VIETNAM cancel on cover. 5 Bar cancel across stamps. Cover sent to Paris, France and has been opened at bottom edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some general creasing on corners and some marking on back.
