FDC Commemorating Charity with 3 Multicoloured Commemorative stamps on front cancelled First Day of issue with a Framed Double Ringed EUROPE DU CREUR BRUSSEL 25 2 59 cachet on stamps. Cover is unaddressed and has not been opened. Cover has some scuffing on edges and corners, some mild marking on back, and some general wear to both sides.
