1960 Germany (DDR) Reg Airmail Cover ties 6 stamps cd Leipzig-St Kilda
Registered Airmail Cover with a 5pfg multicoloured Sciurus vulgaris stamp, a 25pfg Multicoloured Leipzig Spring Fair stamp, a 25pfg multicoloured Olympic Games stamp, a 20pfg multicoloured Antique Art Treasures stamp, a 25pfg multicoloured Castor fiber albicus stamp, and a 20+10pfg Carmine Red Ravensbrück Monument stamp all on front cancelled with an Unframed LEIPZIG FAIR 4 3 60 cachet on stamps. Cover also has an Airmail Label on front, a Registered label on front, and an unframed 24 2-11 3 1960 FLUGHAFEN LEIPZIG cachet on front. Cover sent to St Kilda, VIC, Australia, with a GPO Sydney transit cancel on back dated to 9 MR 60, a GPO Melbourne transit cancel dated to 9 MR 60, and a receiving cancel datedto 10 MR 60. Cover has been opened at top edge. Cover has some teaing on top edge from opening, some toning on stamps, some age wear on both sides, and some general wear to both sides.
