1961 Soviet Union In the Arctic 40K Stamped Cover cd North Pole 9 Cover Commemorating being in the Arctic with a Preprinted 40K Carmine Definitive Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed 01 2 61 NORTH POLE 9 cancel on stamp and cover. Cover is unaddressed and has been mostly opened at back flap. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor marking on back and age wear on cover.
