1962 Malaya Registered Cover ties 35c Meter canc cd Singapore-Hobart Oversea Chinese Banking Corporation Registered Cover with a 35c MALAYA Meter cancel on front. Cover also has a SINGAPORE 23 VIII 62 cancel on front, and a registered label on front. Cover sent to Hobart, Tasmania, with a receiving cancel on back dated to 17 SE 62. Cover has been partially opened at top edge and has been opened fully at right side. Cover has some marking on both sides, some tearing on edges of opening, and some minor general wear on both sides.
