Cancel is unclear. Cover also has a commemorative cachet on front. Cover is unaddressed and has been opened at back flap. Some wear to edges and corners with some noticeable creasing through middle and at left side of cover, and some noticeable age wear on top right corner and top corner of cover at front and back.
