1963 Soviet Union Cover ties 2 Stamps cd Novolazarevskaya-Portsmouth Cover with a 3K Multicoloured Soviet Children Stamp and a 3K Multicoloured National Costumes Stamp on front. Stamps are cancelled with a Framed 14 11 63 Novolazarevskaya Research Lab cancel on stamps. Cover sent to Cosham, Portsmouth, England and has been opened at side flap. Slight wear to edges and corners, with some marking on back, and some toning on stamp edges.
