1964 Poland Lublin 20th Anniv Cover ties 60Gr Stamp cd Lublin w Label Cover with a 60Gr Multicoloured The 20th Anniversary of the People's Republic of Poland Stamp on front cancelled with an unframed LUBLIN 18 X 1964 special cachet on stamp. Cover also has a Commemorative Label on front for the 20th Anniversary of Lublin, issued at the Lublin 1964 Philatelic Exhibtion. Cover has no address, and has not been fully opened at back flap. Cover has some mild creasing on top edge, and some minor general wear to both sides.
