1969 St Lucia Cover ties 4 Stamps cd Victoria-Toronto, Canada Cover with 4 Multicoloured 2c The 100th Anniversary of I.T.U. Stamps on front cancelled with a Framed VICTORIA 11 AP 69 ST LUCIA cancel on stamps and cover. Cover sent to Toronto, Canada with a receiving cachet on front of cover. Cover has been opened at bottom edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some creasing and minor folding on corners and in the middle of cover, mainly on bottom right corner, some evident marking on both sides, and some minor age wear on back.
