1971 Philippines Airmail Cover ties 2 Stamps cd Manila-Xantener Registered Airmail Cover with a 70S Multicoloured 20th PATA Conference and Workshop stamp and a 40S Multicoloured "Rice for Progress" stamp both on front cancelled with a Framed Box MANILA PHILIPPINES AIR MAIL MAR 20 1971 cancel on stamp and on back. Cover sent to Xantener, Germany with a Manila Airport transit cancel on back. Cover has not been opened. Cover has some mild age wear on both sides, some minor marking on back, and some mild wrinkling on cover.
