1973 Finland WMO 100th Anniv FDC ties 0.60Mk stamp cd Otaniemi FDC commemorating the 100th anniversary of WMO with a Multicoloured 0.6Mk Commemorative Stamp on front cancelled first day of issue with a special Framed OTANIEMI OTNAS 6 8 1973 cachet on stamp and cover. Cover is unaddressed and has been partially opened at back flap. Some wrinkle damage on cover, with light creasing on back.
