1974 Finland Environment Protection FDC ties 2 stamps cd Helsinki FDC commemorating Protection of the Environment of the Baltic with a Multicoloured 0.6Mk Commemorative Stamp on front and a 0.1Mk Green Coat of Arms Stamp on back. Front stamp is cancelled first day of issue with a special Framed HELSINKI 18 3 74 cachet on stamp and cover. Stamp on back has been cancelled with a Framed cancel with the same date and location. Cover has a piece of supporting paper inside. Cover sent to Henderson, New Zealand and has been opened at left flap. Minor wear and creasing to corners and edges as well as minor general damage and toning to left flap.
