1974 Isle Of Man 23.5p Stamped Registered Letter ties 2 stamps cd Douglas Registered Letter with a Pre Stamped 23.5p Grey QE2 Stamp on the front. Letter has been uprated with a 1p Multicoloured Postal independence stamp. Both Stamps have been cancelled with a Framed DOUGLAS 25 NOV 74 cancel on the front. There is a Purple uprated cancel on the front, as well as a Post Office Authority Hand stamp and a Registered Label on the front. Letter sent to Vienna, Austria and has not been opened. Some light wear to edges and corners.
