1975 Philippines Airmail Cover ties 8 Stamps cd Passay-Balwyn Airmail Cover with a 10S Multicoloured Fight Cancer" Campaign Stamp, a 15S Multicoloured 50th Anniversary of International Criminal Police Organization Stamp, a 15S Multicoloured 25th Anniversary of Central Bank of the Philippines stamp, a 15S Multicoloured Inauguration of Philippine Heart Centre for Asia stamp, a 15S Multicoloured 70th Anniversary of Philippine Military Academy stamp, a 10S Multicoloured Tourism Stamp, a 30S Multicoloured Tourism Stamp, and a 40S Multicoloured Regional Conference of International Planned Parenthood Federation for Southeast Asia and Oceania Stamp all on front. Stamps cancelled with a Framed JUL 19 1975 MAYON PASSAY cancel on stamps. Cover sent to Balwyn, Victoria, Australia, and has been opened at back flap. Cover has some tearing on back flap from opening, some mild creasing on corners, and some mild age wear on both sides, mainly near edges.
