1977 United States Confederation Cover ties 2 Stamps cd York Cover Commemorating The Articles of Confederation Adopted with a 13c Multicoloured Drafting the Articles of Confederation Stamp, and a 3c Green Gunston Hall Stamp both on front cancelled with a YORK PA NOV 15 1977 cancel on stamps. Cover also has embossing on left side, and an informative card inside. Cover sent to Newton Highlands, Massachusetts, USA and has been opened at back flap. Slight wear to edges and corners, with some mild marking on back, mild creasing on bottom right c orner, and some minor crinkling on cover.
