1980 Germany (DDR) Airmail Cover ties 70Pfg Stamp cd Leipzig BPA Airmail Cover with a 70Pfg Multicoloured Baroque Garden Stamp on front, cancelled with a Framed LEIPZIG BPA ?? ?? 80 cancel on stamp. Cancel is unclear. Cover sent to Sarasota, Florida, USA with a Florida Transit/receiving cancel on back dated to FEB 2? 1980. Cover has been opened at top edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some tearing damage to top edge, back flap, and top right corner, as well as some toning spots on front and back at bottom edge, and some minor marking on back.
