Cover has been uprated with a 6K Turquoise Definitive Stamp on front. Stamps are cancelled with 2 different cancels, one being a Framed 25 01 80 MOSCOW cancel, and the other being an Unframed 20-27 1 1980 MOSCOW Commemorative cachet. Cover has a registered label on front. Cover sent to Ostrava, Czechia with a receiving cancel on back dated to 1 2 80. Cover has been opened at right edge. Slight wear to edges and corners with some marking on front and back.
