1981 Soviet Union Protected Animals 6K Stamped Cover cd Arkhangelsk Cover Commemorating Protected USSR Animals-The Baikal Seal with a Preprinted 6K Blue Definitive Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed ARKHANGELSK 10 3 81 cancel on stamp. There is also a 60th Anniversary Ship cachet on front of cover. Cover is Unaddressed and has not been opened. Slight wear to edges and corners with some minor marking on back, creasing on bottom left corner, and some toning/age wear on left edge.
