1982 Soviet Union Arctic Star 50th Anniv Cover ties 10K Stamp cd Murmansk Cover Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Arctic Star Newspaper with a 10K Green Definitive stamp on front cancelled with a Framed MURMANSK 09 06 82 cancel on stamp. There is also a Black Commemorative cachet on front, also cancelled in Murmansk, as well as a Murmansk Registered cachet on front. Cover is unaddressed and has mostly been opened at back flap. Minor marking on back, but otherwise good condition.
