1982 Soviet Union Happy New Year Fold-Out Card w cachets No Stamp Fold-Out Card commemorating a Happy New Year with a 17 12 82 ATOMIC ICEBREAKER ARCTIC 17 12 82 cachet inside card. There is also a North Sea Route Icebreaker Arctic Cachet inside card. Card has no stamp and is unaddressed. Minor wear to edges and corners, mainly on connecting edge with some marking on back and wrinkling on inside.
