1985 Soviet Union Cover ties 16K Stamp cd Dikson, Krasnoyarsk w cachets Cover with a 16K Multicoloured Lena Icebreaker Stamp on front cancelled with a Framed 07 09 85 DIKSON, KRASNOYARSK cancel on stamp. On the front, there are a number of cachets, including an Unframed MURMANSK SHIPPING COMPANY 07 09 85 cachet, a registered cachet, a Delivered by Helicopter cachet and a 70 Years of Dikson cachet all on front. There are also a Dikson Polar Pear cachet, a Dikson Post cachet and a 70 Years of Dikson Polar Bear Cachet on back. Cover sent to Leningrad with a Receiving cancel on back dated to 15 09 85. Cover has been opened at all sides other than the bottom. Some minor marking on back and minor creasing near stamp but otherwise Good Condition.
