FDC commemorating Sailing Stories with 2 commemorative stamps as part of a commemorative minisheet on front cancelled first day of issue with an Unframed BAILE ATHA CLIATH 19 II 1999 cancel on stamps. Cover also comes with an informative slip. Cover is unaddressed and has been opened at back flap. Cover has some mild toning spots on back, and some very mild general wear.
