1999 United Nations World Heritage FDC ties 2 stamps sent from Seattle FDC commemorating "World Heritage-Australia" with 2 stamps from the World Heritage Sites in Australia series both cancelled first day of issue with a commemorative cachet dated MAR 19 1999. Cover sent to Seattle, WA. and has been opened from back flap. Good Condition with very minor damage to left stamp.
