c. 1941 Netherlands Registered Airmail Cover ties 2 Stamps cd Utrecht Registered Airmail Cover with a 40c Green Numeral Stamp and a 2.5 Dark Green Numeral stamp both on front cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed UTRECHT 4 III 4? cancel on stamps. Cancel is slightly unclear. Cover also has a Registered label on front. Cover sent to Balzan, Malta, and has been opened at top edge. Some minor tearing on top edge from opening, some age wear on stamp and label edges, and some minor age wear on both sides of cover, mainly on front.
